Attendance & handover
Check-in and check-out in one tap, sick notes parents file themselves in the app, and handover notes the team reads at the shift change. More important than recording it is being able to look back: an inspector does not ask how your week went, but who was on the floor on a specific Wednesday afternoon. So attendance keeps how the day actually was, not how you planned it.
Scheduling & BKR monitoring
Child scheduling and staff scheduling in one system, because together they decide whether you stay within the staff-to-child ratio. That has to hold at every moment, not on average: your day can be comfortable and still fall outside the norm at quarter past two. So it recalculates at every transition — a check-in, a shift ending, a birthday — and shows the worst moment of the day.
Waitlist & placement
Parents apply through a public page, you see the waiting list next to your real capacity per group, and a placement offer is one click. The contract that follows drives the invoicing directly, so nothing is retyped between three systems. The difference from a list in a notebook is that capacity drives the process: you do not offer a place that is not there.
Parent portal: photos & daily report
Photos, the daily report, sick notes and the invoices — the parent portal keeps it in one place, and parents open the app of their own accord. Every photo belongs to one child and is visible only to the parents linked to that child, not to the whole group. Consent is recorded per child; withdraw it and new photos stop immediately.
Multiple locations & reporting
Manage each location and look across all of them at once. Staff see only the children at the locations they work at — not a setting to remember, but how the system is built. Reports for the inspectorate and for yourself come out of the same administration, including register and compliance reporting, so you are not assembling them location by location.
Invoicing & direct debit
Monthly invoices from the contracts you hold, direct debit that runs overnight, gapless invoice numbering and receivables management. Credit notes are part of it, because a correction to a sent invoice does not belong to an eraser. The figures for the tax authority come out of the same administration — finished before you wake up.
