Everything at a glance
We migrate your data — children, contracts, parents. Usually within a week, without parents noticing a thing.
No. You provide an export from your current system, we handle the migration and go through the check together.
We take those over one-to-one, including rates and start dates, so invoicing does not stall during the switch.
It varies a lot. Many suppliers only give a price after a quote and charge extra for setup, separate modules or support. With Rupsje you pay one monthly price, based only on the number of children: from €79 for up to 20 children, everything included.
No. Setup, moving your data over and training cost nothing extra. Child registration, planning, invoicing, the parent app and 24/7 support all come in one monthly price. No separate modules and no support plan, not even as your childcare grows.
Yes, your first 2 months are free, with every feature. After that you are not tied to anything: no annual contract, you cancel monthly. If your childcare grows or shrinks, you move to the right plan at the next billing moment, never retroactively.
Yes, at no extra cost. We move your child, parent and organisation data over for you, from your current software or from Excel. You re-enter nothing, and we guide you personally until everything runs.
On servers within the EU, stored encrypted. We are the processor, you remain the controller — with the data processing agreement that goes with it.
Only staff members linked to that child, plus the administrator. Every access is traceable in the logbook.
After the statutory retention period, data is deleted automatically and irreversibly — not manually, so never forgotten.
