What childcare software really costs
Most childcare software suppliers publish no price. You request a demo, you get a quote, and only then do you know where you stand. We think that is odd, so our prices are simply on this page.
When comparing, watch three things that can change the total considerably:
- Setup fees. One-off charges of several hundred euros per location are normal in this market. Ours are zero — onboarding, migration and training are included in every plan.
- Separate modules. A low per-child price says little if the parent app and staff scheduling are charged on top. With us everything is in one price.
- Support. Some suppliers charge a monthly fee for a support package. We do not.
Suitable for small organisations too: the entry plan starts at seven children, and you move between plans automatically as you grow or shrink. No annual contract, cancel monthly, and you can try our childcare software free before you pay anything.
